National University of Study and Research in Law, Ranchi is pleased to invite you to participate in the flagship literary event, National Parliamentary Debate Competition, of our 3 day national fest named ‘Ulgulan’ hosted by us at Ranchi, Jharkhand from 21st to 23rd October, 2016.

Venue

NUSRL campus, Ranchi.

Format

NPDC-Ulgulan is an open tournament (non-institutional cross teams are also allowed) that will follow 3 vs 3 Asian Parliamentary Debate format.

Date

October 21st to 23rd, 2016.

Prize

NPDC-Ulgulan promises you a prize pool amounting to 1,60,000 INR with cash prizes for all breaks including exciting cash prizes for novice adjudicators and speakers. Certificates will be issued to all the participants.

Registration Fee

Independent Adjudicator – INR 1,200

Team (3+1) – INR 4,800

Team (3 Speakers) – INR 3,600

Team Cap

32 teams with n+1 rule for adjudicators (there is no institutional cap) and Independent adjudicators can also register.

Deadline

Last Date of Registrations with payment: October 10th, 2016
