Nani Palkhivala Arbitration Center (NPAC)
NPAC was founded in 2005, by the Palkhivala Foundation in the memory of the legend, Late Mr. Nani Palkhivala, one of India’s most respected jurists. Incorporated as a company under Section 25 of the Companies Act, NPAC is the only Arbitration forum in South India to have been formally recognized by the Madras High Court. The Centre which is modelled on the lines of the International Arbitration Centres across the globe, aims at providing world-class arbitration facilities, by facilitating both Ad-hoc and Institutional Arbitrations, and provides a wide panel of eminent Arbitrators. The purpose of the establishment of this Centre is to provide quick, efficient and cost-effective arbitration services.
